Access Consent – ButterflyMX Terms & Conditions for Amazon Key Integration
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
To provide delivery integration and enable delivery-related services, you consent to ButterflyMX, Inc. (“ButterflyMX”) collecting and sharing the following information (the “Information”) about your property with Amazon.com Services, LLC, and its affiliates (collectively Amazon,) and third parties contracted by Amazon, including, but not limited to:
- Property name or identifier
- Postal address
- Access point display name
- Building/access point identifier
- Photo of the access point
- Property unit count
- Delivery instructions
Amazon, and third parties contracted by Amazon, will use this Information to access your property and conduct delivery services.
This Information, and any additional information about your ButterflyMX account, including but not limited to your full name, email, username, Internet Protocol (IP) address and any additional information about your connected devices, such as device name, device type, door or lock state (i.e. open/closed), battery level or online/offline state, held by ButterflyMX, shall be governed by ButterflyMX’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, as applicable.
For clarity, no additional warranties, express or implied, are granted as a result of the integration via API with the Amazon services, so any such warranties are therefore disclaimed.

By continuing, you agree that (i) Amazon and third parties contracted by Amazon, have permission to access your property to conduct delivery services, (ii) ButterflyMX can share the above listed Information and (iii) you will abide by the applicable terms and conditions.
