Our new front desk station has been redesigned with advanced features to improve visitor access and security at your property, including live video feeds, two-way visitor communication, door, gate, and elevator access, and visitor authentication.

Do I need ButterflyMX access control hardware in order to have the front desk station?

No, you do not need ButterflyMX access control hardware to have the front desk station at your property. Without our access control hardware, you will still be able to log visits, verify guest access permissions, and communicate directly with residents.

How do I add the front desk station to my computer?

Our support team will assist you with downloading, installing, and setting up our front desk station software on your computer. As part of the installation, we will provide you with a unique activation code to set it up on your computer.

Do I need a separate computer for the front desk station?

No, the front desk station can be added to any internet-connected computer —  including any Windows or Apple computer. 

Can the front desk station accept inbound calls?

Soon! This feature is not yet available but will be released soon and will be automatically available in your front desk station software when released.

Does property staff have to be on-site to use the front desk station?
