In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As a Regional Manager of Client Success at ButterflyMX, I oversee an amazing group of Client Success Managers for the New England/Mid-Atlantic region. My primary focus is to ensure that clients in their assigned region have an exceptional experience throughout their lifecycle with ButterflyMX, making sure that all clients in the region receive white-glove onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
My favorite part about working at ButterflyMX is the teamwork and collaboration. As the majority of us work remotely, it could be hard for some to connect with team members, but that’s not the case at Butterfly. We are always communicating among our team, as well as across different departments, and I feel a true sense of connection to my fellow employees.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
The most significant thing I’ve learned while working at ButterflyMX has been how to lead a team of Client Success Managers. I’ve mainly been an individual contributor for most of my career, so learning how to lead a team of CSMs has been very impactful. I’ve learned how powerful clear communication is, especially when managing cross-functional teams.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
My proudest accomplishment so far during my time at ButterflyMX was my promotion from Client Success Manager to Regional Manager. It’s great to work at a company that values its employees and rewards them with the opportunity for career growth and new challenges.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
My favorite event at ButterflyMX was the CSM onsite when we all spent some time in our New York City office. It was great to see my colleagues in person and to learn a little more about all of them. We all had a great time collaborating at the office and spending time together outside the office. I’m really looking forward to the next CSM get-together!

Fun facts about Andy
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be Kauai, Hawaii. We took a vacation there a few years ago, and it was absolutely breathtaking and a beautiful part of the world. It was really hard getting on the plane to come home!
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
I love spicy food! I’ve completed several spicy wing eating challenges and you can find my picture on the wall at some of Philadelphia’s finest bars as a reward.
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
Family time and running. Chasing a toddler and chasing miles.
