In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As a CSM, I am the point of contact for all of the California properties’ questions, concerns, and problems! Whether it involves being an ear to listen for a venting property manager, putting out several fires at once, or making sure our clients continue to choose ButterflyMX — the Client Success Manager will be at the forefront of all possible outcomes.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
By far, and it is not even close, the culture. Before I started here, people kept telling me how amazing the culture was here, and I was like, “Yeah, okay, we’ll see,” but WOW — this place is great to work at. Working at a company with colleagues who truly care about your well being, want you to succeed, and love working together for a collective goal – that is rare these days, and certainly why ButterflyMX is above the rest.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
I think the most significant thing I have learned is how to always end with an outcome. Every single situation, call from a client, begrudged property manager — always ending that call/email exchange/training with an outcome. Something where everyone is on the same page and knows what is going on. This is something I can take into life outside of work as well.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
By far, my proudest accomplishment is in only my third month at ButterflyMX, taking over the entire state of California and all of its properties at the previous CSM’s departure. Even though I was only three months in, I really leaned in on my prior experience and excitement to learn and just went for it. The funny thing is, taking the whole state came as a surprise, but I knew I could do it. Being surrounded by such great colleagues, I knew it would work out — and it did! And I am glad it did!
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
The CS team does a cool thing every time someone gets hired, and they make a collage about the new team member. These are not your typical collages, but somehow, CSol figures out every detail about your life and makes what is essentially a meme page that explains who you are. I love every time we get a new person on the team, because it is such a funny way to learn who someone is, and it makes our team closer.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Tokyo, Japan — so easy. I would go to the convenience store every day.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
Nothing secret…but I can hold my breath for almost 2 minutes, LOL!
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
Eat and gym. I am always either at the gym or exploring a new restaurant scene in a new place. When I visit a new country, I am going for the food, not necessarily anything else.
