In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As a Sales Director, I oversee a full sales cycle and engage new business in the Pacific region with proactive prospecting, engaging demos, relationship building, and strategic planning, all aimed at driving sales and surpassing my goals.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
The people and the culture — ButterflyMX is the first company where I truly felt aligned with the values and the people and saw a future in my professional career. I never dread going into the office, I look forward to it!
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
To really get to know a business and have the best understanding of a product you need to learn and connect with all departments contributing to that product. ALSO, to always listen more.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
I am very proud of my recent promotion from BDR to Sales Director, I feel it speaks to the quality of opportunities and relationships I spent the last year cultivating with ButterflyMX.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
The Sales Kick Off! It was an opportunity to spend time with your remote coworkers you don’t see as often, lots of continued learning and very inspirational speeches from leaders of the organization.
Great way to start a year, it really lights a fire under you.
What has been the best part about working remotely? The most challenging?
The best part of working remotely is the flexibility it allows, you can continue to be on top of your work while getting to take a step outside the office — and even New York City — sometimes.
The most challenging part of working remotely is being outside of the office doesn’t allow you to hear and learn from others or ask questions to your peers immediately as they come up.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
London — great food and great city life, less expensive travel options to other European countries and nonetheless a VERY clean public transport system.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
My ability to find a great hole-in-the-wall meal almost anywhere.
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
Going to concerts with friends!
