In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
I assist with onboarding and ongoing support for our clients after their product(s) have been installed. I help clients customize our intercom and features to fit their current building layout and help maximize the use of our product(s). We do our best to make our clients happy!
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
My favorite part about working at ButterflyMX is collaborating with such talented and driven colleagues who are committed to providing the best client experience possible. The people here are truly incredible!
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
Being encouraged to speak up and out when there is opportunity for improvement or a better way to do a process.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
Having the opportunity to transition departments and continue working with talented individuals to continue empowering our clients with our products and services.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
My favorite event was meeting the Sales Coordinator/IPM team at the New York onsite. It was great to see everyone and collaborate in person.
What has been the best part about working remotely? The most challenging?
The best part: Being able to focus on having a healthy work-life balance to enjoy my time outside of work and not have to worry about a commute.
Most challenging: I would like to meet up with my team and collaborate in person at times.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Right here in Los Angeles, CA! There is so much to do and see. I enjoy all of the adventures CA has to offer.
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
I love hanging out with my friends, attending live music events, going out to comedy shows, and adventuring around California.
