In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As a Client Success Manager, my focus is to serve as a proactive partner dedicated to nurturing long-term relationships for clients based in the state of New Jersey. My goal is to ensure that my clients consistently achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our products.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
My favorite aspect of working with ButterflyMX is the incredible level of collaboration and teamwork within our group and across different departments. While being part of a remote team can sometimes make connecting with colleagues challenging, I am consistently impressed by how determined everyone is to bridge that gap and foster a strong sense of community. I truly value the effort we all put into staying connected and supporting one another.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
When our Client Success, Sales, and Support/Solutions Architecture teams work together toward a unified goal, it creates an exceptionally seamless and impactful experience for the client. Ensuring that we are all synchronized across these departments is essential to delivering the high level of service and value our clients expect from us.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
My proudest accomplishment remains the ability to consistently assist my clients and resolve their challenges effectively. Providing solutions that make a tangible difference in their day-to-day operations is incredibly rewarding.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
My favorite experience so far with ButterflyMX was the CSM Onsite in New York City. It was truly wonderful to meet everyone in person and have the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face in a city I had never been to before. I am still quite disappointed that I was unable to attend the last company gathering in Florida. I missed seeing the team, but I look forward to connecting with everyone at our next opportunity.

Fun facts about Jennifer
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be La Romana, Dominican Republic. Having visited several locations throughout the Caribbean, that area has been my favorite by far.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
I wouldn’t say I have a secret talent, but if I could choose a secret ability, it would currently be the power to know exactly what is going through my five-year-old daughter’s head when she is picking out her outfits for preschool. Having that insight would certainly make our morning routine much easier! For now, I just have to keep up with her current rotation of gold sparkle cowboy boots and pink princess high heels with a twirly dress!
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
After work, I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and 4-month-old son.
