In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
I work with our clients and assist them with onboarded and provide continued support. I also manage a team and oversee portfolios across the country.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
I really enjoy the collaboration between the different teams here at ButterflyMX. We are all committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and it is nice to see everyone pushing towards the same goals.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
Collaboration is king. We are experts in our roles, but to truly provide our clients with the highest level of service working with our internal teams is essential. I have found everyone at ButterflyMX to be willing and ready to jump in and assist whenever needed.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
We had a team onsite at our home office in NYC. It was such a wonderful experience to interact with the team and get to know coworkers.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
I feel I have been given a chance to grow both professionally and personally. Becoming a Senior and managing a team has provided me with opportunities to grow my network and act as a resource to those around me.
What has been the best part about working remotely? The most challenging?
The flexibility and work-life balance. We have the liberty to visit the office anytime we are missing the workplace environment, which makes working remotely an amazing opportunity.

Fun facts about Jordan
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Madrid, Spain. I spent a week there over the summer and really enjoyed the culture and loved the food. I would enjoy spending some time in a different country and learning about their traditions and pastimes.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
If I told you, it wouldn’t be a secret!
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family and try to get out and travel whenever possible. I have been to four of seven continents and would like to one day see all seven.
