This month, we’re excited to introduce Juliet, our Director of Marketing Design based in Long Island, New York. Juliet plays a key role in shaping our visual brand, leading a team that brings ideas to life across both physical spaces and digital campaigns. She’s especially passionate about mentorship and creating an environment where her team can confidently take on new challenges. Meet Juliet

In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As the Marketing Design Lead, I oversee ButterflyMX’s visual branding. My team produces creative assets for the entire company, bridging the gap between physical and digital media, working on everything from the display wall here in the office to our online campaigns.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
Since we are a small team that frequently tackles brand-new initiatives, a huge part of my day is dedicated to mentorship. ButterflyMX has allowed me to create an environment where my team’s professional growth is a priority. I love helping my team build the confidence and skills to navigate new challenges as the company scales.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
The most significant lesson I’ve learned is that you are in control of your own potential. ButterflyMX has taught me that not knowing the answer isn’t a setback, it’s an opportunity to grow. Since joining the team, I’ve gained confidence in the realization that my ability to learn is far more valuable than what I already know.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
I’d have to say I’m most proud of the product wall in the office. I had never designed for a 3D space before, so I challenged myself to learn new software to get it right. It was a high-stakes project with very little room for error regarding the mounting layout. When everything came together, I was extremely proud of myself and my team.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
My favorite moments are the off-sites where I get to see the team in person. Even though we work remotely, we’ve built such a strong bond that getting everyone in the same room creates an incredible energy.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
London, because it’s an easy flight to and from New York.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
This past year, I got into running, and I’m actually running the NYC Half Marathon in March. I’ve never considered myself athletic, so it’s a huge accomplishment for me. If you are on Strava, join the ButterflyMX group!
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
My ideal Saturday or Sunday is going to a coffee shop and then to any sort of thrift store/flea market/second hand store. I could honestly say ‘omg look at this!’ all day.
