In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
As a Sales Operations Analyst here at ButterflyMX, I primarily work to maintain the quality of our sales data as well as the day-to-day management of our Sales Operations Internship Team.
Additionally, I support our Sales Team in various ways, such as providing assistance and training on several platforms, supplying market research, etc!
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
My favorite part of working at ButterflyMX is the people! My colleagues have helped to make work a fun environment, and I am always learning something new.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
The most significant thing I have learned while working here has been to voice suggestions and ideas with my team, as strong collaboration is a major key to success.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
My proudest accomplishment so far during my time at ButterflyMX has been the onboarding of our Sales Operations Internship Team. Our efforts have provided assistance to multiple data projects over the course of the summer and fall!
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
My favorite event(s) at ButterflyMX have been all of the team dinners and lunches that have taken place over my time here. Each time I get together with my team, we always introduce new ideas and have the best time!
What has been the best part about working remotely? The most challenging?
The best part about working remotely has been spending time with my dogs and getting more fresh air! The more challenging part is not seeing my teammates in person for collaboration as regularly as I’d like.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be Hawaii! I love sunshine, the greenery, and the water.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
Spotting the best tiny seashells on a big beach, I have quite the collection!
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
My favorite things to do after work and on the weekends are yoga, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family at the beach!
