In a few sentences, tell us about what you do here at ButterflyMX.
I oversee the Pacific region on the CS side. I manage a team of 4 CSMs and our larger portfolio client accounts. My day to day is managing escalations and working on internal processes.
What’s your favorite part about working at ButterflyMX?
Our team! We have the most fun group of people in the CS department. Everyone truly has each other’s backs (unless there’s a competition going 😉 ) We’re a very close knit bunch.
What’s the most significant thing you’ve learned while working here?
The importance of feedback. Every person here genuinely values feedback and I love that I work in an environment where I can freely speak my mind.
What’s your proudest accomplishment so far during your time at ButterflyMX?
The planning and execution of our first ever companywide offsite. I was on the planning committee and played a large part in the event.
Tell us about your favorite day/event at ButterflyMX. What makes it so special/memorable?
Our 2025 Company Offsite. I was on the planning committee for this, and it was so satisfying to see it all come together after the months of hard work. In-person time is incredibly invaluable in a remote environment, and everyone came away from the offsite with strong relationships and renewed motivation.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
London. Easily accessible to other European cities while still being a quick trip back to the East Coast.
Do you have a secret talent (*cough* superpower) you want people to know about?
Baking! I make cakes and macarons as a side hustle.
What is your favorite thing to do after work or on the weekends?
Trying out new restaurants with friends or binging the latest Netflix show.
