1. Call the tenant

A guest or delivery person calls a tenant through the smart intercom.

2. Grant access

The tenant grants them property access, which temporarily unlocks the key-fobbed elevator.

3. Reach the floor

The guest enters the elevator and can only access the floor of the tenant they're visiting.

Works with virtual keys

When a guest uses a virtual key, key-fobbed elevators are automatically unlocked for a set period of time, allowing access to the tenant's floor.

Easily notify guests of elevator access

  • Tenants can send guests a text message notifying them that the elevator has been unlocked and they can access it to get upstairs.
