How it works
1. When a visitor is granted property access, our smart video intercom automatically takes a time- and date-stamped photo of the visitor and notifies the resident of their arrival into the building.
2. The visitor then uses the key locker in the lobby of the building to retrieve a physical key for the resident’s apartment. When the key is taken, a time- and date-stamped photo of the visitors is captured and the resident is notified.
3. Finally, the visitor can use the physical key to access the resident’s apartment. When they no longer need access to the apartment, the visitor places the key back inside the key locker. Again, a time- and date-stamped photo of the visitor is taken and the resident is notified.
