If you are not registered for ButterflyMX, contact your property owner or manager and provide them with your email address. This way, they can send you a registration email to use ButterflyMX.

How to change your email address if you are registered
If you are registered for ButterflyMX and want to change the email address associated with your account, first verify which email address is currently being used.
Follow these steps to verify your ButterflyMX email:
Step 1: Open the ButterflyMX app
First, open the ButterflyMX app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Select ‘Account’
Next, select ‘Account’ in the bottom left-hand corner. Here, you’ll be able to verify the email currently registered.
3. Contact your property owner or manager if needed
If you still want to change the email address connected to your ButterflyMX account, please contact your property owner or manager to will change the email address associated with your account.
