After registering, you can start using all of the features ButterflyMX offers, such as swipe to open, virtual keys, delivery passes, and more.

How do I change my email on ButterflyMX?
Contact your property manager to change the email address associated with your ButterflyMX account. If you’re not sure which email address you’re currently registered with, follow the steps below to check.
Follow these steps to verify your ButterflyMX email:
Step 1: Open the ButterflyMX app
First, open the ButterflyMX app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Select ‘Account’
Next, select ‘Account’ in the bottom left-hand corner. Here, you’ll be able to verify the email currently registered.
3. Contact your property owner or manager if needed
If you still want to change the email address connected to your ButterflyMX account, please contact your property owner or manager to will change the email address associated with your account.
Note: ButterflyMX support cannot assist you with this change.
If you are not registered for ButterflyMX, contact your property owner or manager and provide them with your email address. This way, they can send you a registration email to use ButterflyMX.
